We offer boxed shipments for smaller items, palletized freight for larger purchases, and third-party carrier coordination for items requiring specialized handling. All shipping requests must be submitted through the form below.

What We Offer

Three Shipping Options

Option 1

Boxed Shipment

Ideal for small purchases that can be boxed and shipped via parcel carrier. We handle boxing, labeling, and carrier coordination. Items must be standard size and under 50 lbs for standard rates.

Processing Fee
1 – 4 Lots$15 / lot
5 – 9 Lots$12 / lot
10+ Lots$10 / lot

Processing fee does not include carrier charges, which vary by weight and dimensions. Oversized or 50+ lb items incur additional fees and must be palletized.

Option 2

Palletized Service

For larger purchases requiring freight carrier delivery. We place your items on a skid, secure, label, and FOB load onto a carrier contracted by us. Loading may occur at the sale site or our Hoffman Estates warehouse.

Processing Fee
Per Pallet$150

Includes pallet, packing materials, securing, labeling, and forklift FOB loading. Does not include disconnection of utilities, disassembly, or knocking down racking. Carrier charges are additional and billed separately.

BOL Printing$50

This fee only applies to customer-provided Bills of Lading.

Option 3

Third-Party Palletizing & BOL Creation

You contract your own freight carrier — you hire riggers to prepare your items for pickup. We will not release your purchase to a third-party carrier without a Bill of Lading provided by you. Contact us for a size and weight quote to share with your carrier.

Before You Request

Important Rules & Restrictions

Ship to Address on File Only

We will only ship to the address registered in BidSpotter. If your address is incorrect, fix it in BidSpotter before requesting shipping. We will not ship to an alternate address.

No P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Protectorates. A $25.00 fee applies for customer-provided FedEx or UPS account numbers or labels.

No Disassembly or Utility Disconnect

Our services cover boxing and palletizing only. We do not disconnect power or utilities from assets, disassemble equipment, or knock down racking. Arrange those services separately prior to pickup.

Processing Takes Time

Most shipping is processed at our Hoffman Estates, IL facility. Items are not transported daily — expect up to four weeks or more. If you need immediate shipment, consider contracting a third-party packing service directly.

Liability Limitation — 50 lb Items

Heath Industrial accepts no liability for shipping damage on boxed items exceeding 50 lbs. Items over this weight must be palletized and shipped via common carrier freight.

Forklift Availability Varies

Shipping is subject to equipment availability at the sale location. If a forklift is not on-site, you will need to contract a third-party service provider to load your equipment.

Office Pickup Available for Small Items

Hand-carry items may be picked up at our office. Transport of items to our warehouse for office pickup carries a fee of $50 – $500 depending on size and quantity.

Complete your purchase and receive your paid invoice from Heath Industrial.

Reply to Invoice Email

Reply to the invoice email letting us know you want shipping, and fill out the shipping form below. We only prepare shipments with the form filled out.

Fill Out the Form

Complete the shipping request form below. Provide your invoice number, bidder number, and preferred shipping option.

We Process & Ship

We coordinate packaging, carrier, and delivery. You'll be contacted with tracking once your shipment is on its way.

Notice

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please verify that all shipping information is correct. Please be advised that any extra freight costs arising from additional carrier delivery charges will be billed to you after the item has shipped.
