Payment Information

What forms of payment to you accept?

• We accept Cash, Company Checks (with bank letter of credit), Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express), Wire Transfers and ACH Transfers.

Are there any surcharges?

• There is a 4% surcharge applied to all credit card transactions.

When is payment due?

• Payment for all auction purchases is due within 48 hours of the close of the auction.

Where can I find out the details for Wire Transfers?

• Wire & ACH information can be found on the bottom of your invoice.

Do you accept bitcoin?

• Not at this time.

I sent you an ACH, when can I pick up my purchases?

• ACH payments can take up to 48 hours to process, or longer. Please wait until you receive a paid copy of your invoice via email.

When do you send out the invoices?

• We try to have the invoices sent out within 4 hours after the end / close of an auction. If you did not see an email with your invoice, please check your spam / junk folders. If you still do not have, please contact us to send another copy.
