Note if you cannot select a date, there are no appointments available for that day.
After picking a date, select a time. The time selected should turn green like this: 
If it does not, that time slot is not available, that means there are no appointments available at that time, please pick another time.
Please allow enough time for your pickup appointment. Do not schedule a one hour (or longer) pickup at 2:30. The facility closes at 3:00, no matter if you are finished or not.
