Machinery Movers & Rigger Information
All parties using any form of mechanized or powered material handling equipment, including forklifts, to remove items from any facility must FIRST submit a valid Certificate of Insurance with General Liability and Worker’s Compensation coverages, each with limits no less than $1,000,000.Buyers and or Machinery movers will not be able to perform any such work until we receive a Certificate of Insurance. All Certificates of Insurance must list Heath Industrial as additionally insured as follows:
